MAYORAL RACE (General Election Only)

    • Michael C. Taylor (Registered Independent) Votes Democrat leaning Progressive -  Michael C. Taylor was appointed by Gretchen Whitmer to serve on the Michigan Economic Development Corporation (MEDC) Executive Committee -

      • FRAUD FOUND LINK HERE: Also the same agency Recent reporting shows the Michigan Economic Development Corporation (MEDC) is under investigation over a $20M grant connected to Global Link International and former MEDC board member Fay Beydoun. The Attorney General’s affidavit reportedly called dozens of expenses “fraudulent,” and state investigators raided MEDC’s Lansing office in June 2025. MEDC has pushed back in court over the raid, and lawmakers have held oversight hearings, so it’s an active probe, not a final finding against the whole agency.

Michael V. Radtke Jr., Robert Mijac and Liz Sierawski have declared publicly Democratic or Progressive affiliations and voting records.

Update: Per a diligent researcher it has been found the Rick McKiddy is a "declared democrat"

What is the difference between a "declared democrat" and unknown or not declared?  The "declared democrat" public posts their claim or they are an elected official or they are quoted by credentialed news agencies.

Although this is a non-partisan race the "declared democrat" information is important for the voter to make their own decisions.
